Inspector notes: Observed handwash sink located in the food prep area had a pan with water sitting inside of it. Observed handwash sink located in juice prep area was blocked by a large trash can. COS: PIC removed the pan from the handwash sink and moved the trash can to a different location inside of the store. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.
