Inspector notes: Observed a bowl cucumber salad (with tomatoes) and slaw to be cooling, while tightly covered, located in the reach-in underneath the open top cooler. Also observed raw chicken and raw tenderloin to be cooling while tightly covered, located in the reach-in next to the fryer.
