Inspector notes: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned:Equipment is used for storage of packaged or unpackaged food, such as a reach-in refrigerator, and the equipment is cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Observed food storage shelves in walk in cooler with an accumulation of white fungus like substance. Person in Charge was advised to clean said shelves by 4/6/26 and send pictures to inspector via email.
