Inspector notes: Observed food residue and accumulations on the pizza prep top table, the hand sink area, the prep table in between the pizza prep table and the hand sink is in need of cleaning. The reach-in freezer near the front of the kitchen in need of defrosting, observed ice buildup that may prevent the freezer from operating properly. The bottom shelf on the prep table with the can opener is in disrepair. Fix bottom shelf so that it is 6 inches off the floor to allow for proper cleaning.
