Inspector notes: -Observed employee drink with lid and without straw stored on the prep table across from the veggie/ meat/ 3 compartment sink in the side area of the rear kitchen. -Observed employee drink without lid and straw stored on prep table directly next to the meat/veggie prep sink area in the side rear kitchen area of the facility. -Observed employee drink stored on prep table closest to fried rice cookers in the cook area of the rear kitchen. Approved employee drinks must be in single service beverage cup with lid and straw and stored to prevent contamination. *COS, Employee drinks were moved to prevent contamination by employees upon request.
