Except for a plain ring, such as a wedding band, food employees may not wear jewelry, including medical information jewelry, on their arms and hands while preparing food. Remove the watch before proceeding to handle/preparing food.

Inspector notes: Observed cleaned stainless steel food containers wet-stacked while being stored on the shelf. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Recommend pyramid stacking the containers to allow them to air dry. Re-wash, re-rinse, and re-sanitize the stainless steel containers before allowing them to air dry.
