Inspector notes: dish washer not registering any bleach solution on test strip. PIC immediately created sanitizing station using 3-compartment sink with water and bleach to proper sanitizing strength. PIC will call ecolab to have dish machine serviced. PIC will wash dishes in dish machine and sanitize in separate sink until machine is fixed.
