Inspector notes: Observed soda nozzles at main bar with black organic like substance. Observed ice machine in back of kitchen with accumulation of black organic like substance. Owner stated that company was out doing service recently but had know knowledge of the issue. I advised melting ice and discontinue use until company can maintenance it. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
