C/A: Install hand-sink; a handwashing sink shall be located to allow convenient use by employees in food preparation, food dispensing, and ware-washing areas. *PIC will set up temporary handwashing station until hand-wash station is installed. At request of owner, facility granted 30-days to conform to compliance.*
