Inspector notes: Observed that the gasket at the rear exterior door has been damaged with causes there to be a gap along the door and appears to be preventing the door from closing completely/sealing correctly. COS. CA. Door was closed and locked; when locked, the gap is noticably smaller though still present. CA: Exterior openings shall be self-closing and tight-fitting.
