Inspector notes: Observed employee drinks on prep tables and not in single use cups with a lid and straw as required. Corrective Action: CFSM was notified. Open drinks and water bottles were discarded. Employees were educated on proper use and storage of employee drinks. Prep tables were also sanitized.

This unit must be repaired or replaced to ensure proper holding temperatures at 41 degrees or below. No TCS food items should be stored in this unit until properly repaired and re-checked by Health Dept.
