Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that a facility ice bin displayed rusting on the internal surfaces touching the ice. CA: Glynn EH instructed management to discard the ice and have the rust removed before use. Glynn EH instructs management to maintain all food contact surfaces so that they are clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.
