12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored
Inspector notes: Observed wiping cloths stored in a sanitization solution of 0 ppm quat. After further investigating, it was determined that the sanitizer dispenser from the 3 compartment sink was not dispensing any of the quat solution. Manager was advised to use their bleach to make chlorine sanitizer. Manager was also given strips and informed on how to use them until the dispenser is able to be repaired.
