Inspector notes: Observed various clean utensils and squeeze bottle tops stored in compartmentalized plastic bins that were visibly dirty with debris, a strand of hair, and what appeared to be dead insect pieces. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS by cleaning bin and rewashing dishes.
