Observed also slippery grease throughout the kitchen floor. 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C) (d) Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC instructed to keep clean.

Inspector notes: Observed floor and wall junctures not coved base missing on wall next to hot water heater room. Observed wear and tear, cracks and holes on walls and door frames. Observed mop sink door needs fixing. PIC will fix all the repairs within 10 days.
