Inspector notes: Observed build up of food debris on can opener blade. Observed dark spots with the appearance of mold on the interior of the ice machine in the kitchen area. Corrective action - PIC advised to perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing of can opener and ice machine.

Inspector notes: Observed box of onion rings being stored on the floor while preparing freezer bags to put in a walk-in freezer. code: Except as specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this subsection, food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food: (i) In a clean, dry location; (ii) Where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (iii) At least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor. 2.
