Inspector notes: NO trash can was was located at hand wash sink in the front kitchen. A trashcan shall be located within 5ft of a hand wash sink location. COS Placed trash can at hand wash sink.

Inspector notes: Wiping cloths were observed sitting in several prep location area. When not in use wiping cloths need to be stored in a sanitizer solution.

Inspector notes: Observed coffee cup sitting in vegetable prep sink that had recently been used for straining something food related as food debris was in the sink along with the coffee cup. Vegetable prep sink should be used for prepping Fruits, Veg and RTE foods only. COS staff removed coffee cup from sink and cleaned the sink.
