Observed 5 metal bowls stored as clean unclean to sight with water residue and food debris. CA: 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. COS: The PIC washed, rinsed, and sanitized each item. Those items were placed in a self drying manner.
