Inspector notes: A splash guard will need to be installed on the side of the handwashing sink to prevent contamination of clean dishes on the drain board of the 3-compartment sink. The splash guard must be smooth, easily cleanable, and nonabsorbent. Observed the bottom of the prep table underneath the grill and the lid underneath the prep top cooler in need of cleaning then sealing. Both have an accumulation of rust.
