Inspector notes: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Observed several metal pans stored as clean unclean with food particles. COS. Metal pans were placed in the 3 compartment sink for rewashing.

Inspector notes: Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be maintained clean. Observed storage room, next to walk in freezer, with foul smell. Also observed visible organic matter on wall and ceiling. Organic matter growing due to condensation from the walk in freezer. The condensation must be stopped and the walls and ceilings cleaned by 8/8/25. All items that are found to be wet must be cleaned or discarded. Informed Pic of the issue.
