Inspector notes: Observed the lid on the prep top unit in bad repair. The lid will need to be fixed or replaced. Observed the rubber gaskets (2) on the reach in cooler at the bar in need of replacing. The door is not closing properly.

Inspector notes: Observed (2) red cutting boards in need of replacing due to deep cuts and stains. The cutting surfaces will need to be replaced.

Inspector notes: Observed condensation leaks on both reach in coolers at the bar and also the reach in cooler in the kitchen. The reach in coolers are the bar has a heavy presence of rust. The rust will need to be treated and cleaned. If the rust continues to be an issued then the units will need to be replaced. Please have the units serviced to see if the drain lines are clogged or leaking. Make sure to keep the units clean and dry.

Inspector notes: Observed personal items stored on a hook in the dry storage room near the replacement drink syrup boxes. Items were removed and placed in a designated area for employees (COS).
