Inspector notes: EHS went to wash hands and observed there was no paper towels. EHS requested for some from employee. He was unaware where they are stored. CA-PIC needs to make sure that all hand sinks have paper towels at each hand sink.

Inspector notes: EHS requested for bodily fluid kit. Employee does not know where the kit is stored. CA-PIC needs to make sure that all employees know where the bodily fluid kit is stored and if the facility does not have one they need to obtain one.

Inspector notes: EHS observed expired organic coconut milk. The label stated best by: 4/22/2025. CA- EHS informed PIC about the expired product and instructed PIC to discard item. PIC needs to make sure that employees are always aware of expiration dates and making sure that items are properly discarded once the expiration date has past.

Inspector notes: EHS observed a white container that held sugar inside of it was being stored on the floor by the three compartment sink. CA-EHS instructed employee to move container from the floor and either store it on a shelf on at least have it stored 6 inches off the floor.
