Inspector notes: Observed food contact surfaces (pans) stored as clean with visible food residue on surfaces. COS manager removed items and placed them into 3 compartment sink to be cleaned. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Inspector notes: Observed a tray of bread being splashed by a hose in the main kitchen. Observed a leak from the beverage machine that is causing water to pool on top of ice bin. PIC moved bread away from splash, drink machine needs to be serviced to prevent splash from entering ice bin. Food products must be stored in a clean, dry location; where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination.
