Inspector notes: Observed multiple items throughout the kitchen in the coolers, walk in cooler, and reach in cooler that were not stored in a way to prevent contamination. COS: PIC worked with inspector to removed all raw items from the cooler placed outside of the walk in cooler. Inside of the walk in cooler all items in zip lock bags were rearranged by cook temp. All raw items were removed from reach in cooler in main kitchen.
