Inspector notes: Observed yogurt in a bowl at room temperature. The yogurt temperature was 61°F. The temperature of the milk was 58. observed cream cheese, and milk on the continental breakfast station at room temperature. All food shall be at 41°F or below for cold holding. A refrigerator is required to maintain food at the proper temperature. PCO: All dairy foods were discarded. The person in charge was informed to frequently check the temperature of the items and also served clients/guests from the reach-in cooler.
