Inspector notes: Observed there was no soap located at the hand wash sink. COS: PIC obtained hand soap and placed it on the sink. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.

Inspector notes: Observed there were no hand drying provisions at the hand sink. Observed damp towels sitting next to sink. COS: PIC obtained paper towels and placed them in paper towel dispenser. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall provide hand drying provisions such as disposable paper towels.

Inspector notes: Observed the hand wash sink would not come on at the time of inspection. Inspector attempted turning on both the hot and cold water at the sink and was unsuccessful. COS: PIC maneuvered something underneath the sink and eventually was able to get both the hot and cold water to work. CA: The water source and system shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands of the food service establishment.
