Violations — Dec 15, 2025 Inspection
4-1A - food separated and protected (corrected on site)
Inspector notes: Observed employee handling raw steaks and burger patties with gloved hands and failing to change gloves prior to handling burger buns. Buns only get toast to around 84F, which is significantly lower than the minimum final cook temperature and is not a high enough temperature to kill pathogens found on raw beef. If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation. P COS by discarding buns and having employee remove gloves, wash hands, and put on new gloves.
