Inspector notes: EHS observed the walls the walk-in cooler to be soiled with a black substance and rusting in numerous areas. Shelving in the unit also appeared to be rusting.

Inspector notes: EHS observed the ceiling tiles or light fixtures throughout the kitchen and storage areas to be either damaged or discolored, appearing yellow/brown. Additionally, grime and dirt build up was observed on multiple wall and floor surfaces throughout the facility, requiring a general need of cleaning.

The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter. CA: EHS advised the PIC that the unused/ broken table should be removed from the facility. Additionally, miscellaneous litter should be removed from the facility.
