Inspector notes: Observed soiled food contact surface of Manitowoc automatic ice machine in kitchen. Observed pine slime inside ice machine. PIC will have it cleaned today and is not serving the ice.

Inspector notes: Observed cooked pasta with meat and without any date. Pasta had mold growing on it. Observed cooked pasta without any date and expired (06/29/25) whipping cream. COS: PIC discarded all items and no one knew when the cooked pasta was opened or when the pasta shells with meat were cooked.
