Inspector notes: Observed a water leak around the 3 comp sink with water flow piling into and around the WIC unit in the main kitchen area. Observed standing water on the floors throughout the kitchen. Observed heavy leak from mop sink as well as standing water in WIC CA: Advised PIC a plumbing system shall be repaired according to law and maintained in good repair.

Inspector notes: Observed build up of gravel and dirt debris along the floors in the areas nearest to the 3 comp sink and WIC unit & rust like material along the walls in the main kitchen area. Observed build up on grill hood and back wall CA: Advised PIC Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
