Inspector notes: Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces and Utensils. Equipment is used for storage of packaged or unpackaged food, such as a reach-in refrigerator, and the equipment is cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Observed pool of standing water on floor of two door low boy reach in refrigerator containing Milk shake mix in the front food service and preparation area. AS per PIC refrigeration technician was called to service said equipment. PIC was advised to send invoice to inspector via email by 1/9/2026.

Observed PIC wearing one ring and wrist watch while preparing food for customers in the front food prep and service area. COS : PIC removed said jewelry items , washed hands and donned new gloves.
