Violations — Oct 23, 2025 Inspection
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
(corrected on site)
Inspector notes: Observed several containers of gravy and batter in the walk-in cooler with multiple date dots on each container. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods held for more than 24 hours must be clearly and accurately date-marked to indicate the date by which the food must be consumed, sold, or discarded (within 7 days at 41°F or below). Containers with multiple or conflicting date marks make it unclear when the food was prepared and when it should be discarded. COS: Person in charge removed containers and sent them to dishwashing. Went over proper datemarking.
