Inspector notes: Observed dishwasher without chlorine sanitizer present upon testing. Upon priming sanitizer, dishwasher was still provided with adequate concentrations of sanitizer. RCA: PIC is to have unit serviced and cease operation of unit until then, 3-compartment sink is to be used in lieu. Chlorine sanitizer levels are to be below 200ppm.
