Inspector notes: Observed raw beef stored between whole corn and fresh produce. Observed raw chicken stored by sliced pineapples. Observed sliced pineapples stored directly on top of raw chicken wings. Food items should be stored according to their cooking temperatures. PIC removed items and started the proper arrangement of food items (COS).

Inspector notes: Observed the ice scoop holder with the scoop stored inside of it with a brown build up on the interior surface. The scoop and holder were removed for cleaning. Observed the produce cutter and can opener stored with clean dishes with old food build up. The can opener also had a build up of metal shaving. All food contact surfaces should be clean to the sight and touch.
