Inspector notes: Observed a black mold like substance inside of the bin of the ice machine. EHS also observed several heavily scored cutting boards with black mold like substances in the gashes. 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. PIC discarded the ice and the cutting boards at EHS’ request. PIC also had the ice machine cleaned and sanitized.
