Hot water at vegetable sink was not working and meat and 3-compartment sink was measuring 108 degrees F. COS: PIC turned up hot water and turned on hot water at vegetable sink and all 3 sinks measured above 110 degrees F. CA: Prep and 3-compartment sinks shall measure minimum 110 degrees F or above.
