Inspector notes: Observed multiple items cold holding above 41F (see asterisk) in the salad prep top cooler, cooler, pizza prep top cooler, and sandwich prep top cooler 1 in front food service area. CA: All TCS food items shall be kept at 41F or below when cold holding. COS: Shredded cheddar and shredded parmesan in the salad prep cooler were cooled down. Pasta salad from expo line was cooled down. All other items were discarded.
