Inspector notes: Observed handwashing sink in the main kitchen without paper towels. COS: PIC place some paper towels at all hand washing sinks. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: 1. Individual, disposable towels; 2. A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; 3. A heated-air hand drying device; or 4. A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.

2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Inspector notes: Observed no procedure in place for bodily fluid events. A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. PIC will obtain a bodily fluid cleanup procedure. EHS emailed infographic on how to clean up bodily fluids with the use of bleach.

Inspector notes: Observed cut limes in the RIC of the back storage room stored without any covering (lids, plastic warp, etc.). COS: Staff covered the food in question. Inspector notes: Observed slight presence of pink slime accumulating on the white defection plate of the ice machine. The Ice scoop holder also had black grime built up inside of it.
