Inspector notes: Observed multiple employee drinks in re-usable cups stored on shelves above clean food containers between prep area and dish area. CA: Employee drinks shall be in a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens. COS: PIC removed cups from area and will train employees to use single use cups.

COS: PIC discarded food items.
