Inspector notes: Observation: Observed prep top cooler in main kitchen area cold holding at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit (Ambient 44F). Corrective Action: Discussed having prep top cooler serviced with the CFSM. The prep top cooler is not used to store TCS foods on a regular basis and is only used to store TCS foods during high-volume hours. The CFSM will contact a licensed cooler technician to have the cooler serviced. This will be rechecked by the health department.
