Inspector notes: Observed bin of diced tomatoes with portions of sliced black olives inside of it in the prep cooler at pizza station. Observed pieces of grilled/cook chicken with portions of diced tomatoes and sliced olives inside of it in the prep top cooler at the pizza station. COS: PIC discarded and replace both bins with fresh produce.
