COS: Since PIC verified temperatures to be 41 degrees Fahrenheit or lower before lunch, allowed PIC to move TCS foods to 3-door Reach-in-cooler to cool back down. Repair service already requested and scheduled due to additional cooler issue - will service this cooler also.
