Inspector notes: Observed a thick grey accumulation of build up on the interior surface of the dishwasher in the kitchen. Advised PIC to use a decalcifier to clean the dishwasher. All food contact surface should be clean to the sight and touch.

Inspector notes: Observed the middle door on the pizza make table in bad repair. Also, the screw moving as the door opened and close. PIC advised that a work order is in for the door.
