Inspector notes: Observed nonfood contact surfaces of the interior of the reach in cooler with excessive food debris. Also observed nonfood contact surface of the interior of prep top cooler stored as clean with residue and buildup. Advised PIC nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean nonfood contact surfaces of all equipment.
