Also, observed sitting on top of dust pan which is sitting on top of open storage container of knives. Inspector notes: Observed tools mixed in with cooking equipment. Need to be in Designated location away from food equipment and or food.Also, Ceiling panel is falling at base of operations and need to be fixed so that the wood is not exposed. Also, outside base of operation there is several pieces of equipment (not in use) sitting around... Equipment needs to be cleaned and stored away from base of operations as to not create harborage.
