Inspector notes: Observed the facility to not have any EPA registered food grade sanitizer for use in the 3 compartment sink. CA: all multi-use dishware must be properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized between uses and EPA registered food grade sanitizer must be available for use. Chlorine sanitizer is preferred choice by facility and proper chlorine sanitizer will be purchased before utensil sanitization.
