Inspector notes: Observed chemical dish machine not producing a sanitized dish. Noticed the Chlorine container empty with no Chlorine. Multiple dishes already passed through. CFSM replaced the chlorine container. After multiple passthroughs the highest concentration got up to 50ppm CL. Informed CFSM to discontinue use of dish machine and switch to 3-compartment sink method. I will be back later to confirm that the dish machine is providing a sanitized dish before they discontinue use of the 3-compartment sink.
