Inspector notes: CFSM does not have any awareness of the employee health policy or can demonstrate that her employees are trained in a verfiable manner on the symptoms and illnesses that conditional employees must be excluded from work if diagnosed or presenting illness with. CA: PIC must be able to show food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food.
