Have started painting on the inside and outside.

Inspector notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F. See temperature log for said items. All TCS food must be cold held at 41°F or below. COS: CFSM discarded all of the items and has called in General Heating & Air to look at the WIC. Will not use WIC until it is working properly.

Inspector notes: Observed containers of raw beef, pork, and chicken stored over/on top of ready to eat deli pork ham. Can not store raw meat over ready to eat product such as deli ham for the salad buffet. COS: PIC removed the ready to eat deli ham.

COS: PIC had employee put dates on all of the TCS foods: three containers of sliced tomatoes, 3 containers of cooked chicken, and two containers of cut lettuce and two containers of cooked mac & cheese.
