Observed food and physical debris on ready to use utensils, trays, and food containers. All food contact surfaces must be sanitized and free of debris to prevent contamination of food items. Inspector notes: Observed the kitchen dishmachine to be in use without any sanitizer dispensing. All multiuse dishware must be properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized prior to reuse. Staff attempted to check line for air bubble and prime line, but sanitizer was not dispensed. COS Owner called EcoLab. All dishware will be resanitized in 3 compartment sink.
